To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

 

Order Processing

After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 days to process your order. You will receive a notification by email once your order has been shipped.

During holidays and peak sales, your order processing may be delayed, but we will process and ship as soon as possible.

Order changes and cancellations can only be made before shipment.

 

International Shipping

We have established cooperative relations with many logistics service providers and aim to deliver all packages within the quoted time frame. All of our products will be shipped out directly from our warehouse via Yunexpress, S.F Express, China Post, and FedEx Express.

Standard Shipping (Yunexpress, S.F Express, CHINA Post): About 15-25 business days

Express Shipping (FedEx Express): About 10 - 20 business days

* All of the above delivery times are estimated only. Delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your country‘s postal service. Based on our historical timeliness data, more than 80% of our orders were delivered within the estimated time.

* During holidays and peak sales, the order process may take longer.

* Once shipped, an order's tracking information is beyond our control, and as much as we'd like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands. We do not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

* Recent orders sent to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Norway, and Russia have been affected by the international transportation capacity or the international political situation. It's recommended that users in this region use fast shipping.
